98/100: Love Stamps.

99/100: The Seahorse.
I made some journals. The red one is for me for a class I’m starting and the purple one is for a friend.

100/100: Hearts.
Wednesday marked the end of the 100 Day Project which I celebrated by donating $280 to charity.
This is a spread that I made in the red book for a year long class I’ve started called Rituals with Get Messy. While I’ve loved the 100 Day Project, I’ve also started feeling really stale here in the last few weeks. I’m starting 2 classes that I hope will take me out of my comfort zone artistically so I can feel some growth.

This spread for my Rituals journal is about where I go to meet Spirit. I love the mountains and water together so I used this photo I took in Nepal and the words from Psalm 139 to illustrate that.
Friday, July 13
The other class I’m taking is called The Minimalist Art Journal 2. This is the first spread for that class where I talk about where I want to be in 5 years. Yep, still want to be an artist.
Saturday, July 14
Part of the work for the Minimalist Art Journal class is to document our supplies. Here’s my swatch pages I made while on Saturday’s hangout.

Packed and prepped for heading to Asheville, NC this next week for my first ever Get Messy Retreat. We’ll be planning for 2019 and dreaming big. I can’t wait to tell all about it.
