Finishing this journal was very so good! I started it in a flurry and then trailed off working on it while I dedicated all my energies to the Sand and Sea and Sky collection. After I finished the collection, I moved into Year End Review and 2020 Planning. And then I rested for a bit. So it was very satisfying to work on the last spread yesterday and then video it today.

20 minutes a day is a bit over 121 hours in a year. 121 hours is a habit. When are you starting?

“The ultimate test of man’s conscience may be his willingness to sacrifice something today for future generations whose words of thanks will not be heard.” Gaylord Nelson

This book is constructed out of two pieces of Canson Montval Cold Press 140 lb Watercolor Paper. I followed Teesha Moore’s Amazing 16 Page Journal. I worked to push the boundaries of what I could do with acrylic paint when I more or less treated it as if it were watercolor.
