As you start thinking of making your shopping list for the coming holidays, I wanted to give you an overview of where you can find my work and make purchases.
Etsy
Since launching my Etsy store earlier this year, I’ve struggled with how to keep it full of current work while also not having to update it constantly. During my 100 day project, it got fairly unwieldy fairly quickly. It was too many pages full of too many choices. It became apparent that having so many choices isn’t actually all that interesting or useful. I knew I needed to do something differently.
While much of my work was at Frame Gallery during August and September, I put most of my Etsy shop on hold so any shopping traffic would go through the gallery. While that was happening, I put some thought into how I’d retool my Etsy once I had my work back.
Announcing Misty’s Quarterly Collections on Etsy!
Every three months, I’ll be updating my shop with a carefully curated collection of my work of about 10-12 offerings. These collections will be a mix of originals, prints, and/or greeting cards priced between $10 and $100. All shipping is FREE in the US. They will be available for the three months and then they will be retired from the shop.
Fall 2019 Quarter
There are four original pieces of work available from my Arches series. These works are 5×7” and 8×8” and are perfect for giving this holiday season. They are priced at $40 for the smaller ones and $66 for the larger ones.
Three prints are available. These are 8×10” prints of the larger 42×54” pieces that were the centerpieces of my most recent show. Bathsheba, Dinah, and Joanna can be purchased individually for $20 or as a set of three for $55.
Three sets of greeting cards are available. The Arches set has five different pieces that I created during my 100 day project. The Friends set is also from my 100 day project and is a personal favorite of mine. There is also an exclusive holiday card set with art I created just for the 2019 holiday season coming to the shop this week!
I hope you’ll take a look at this collection and make a purchase for yourself or to give as a gift. I’ll refresh in January 2020 with all new pieces.
Holiday Group Show at Frame Gallery!
Seven pieces from my last solo show will remain at Frame Gallery through December. My 100 Day Project pieces (which are a variety of mixed media/collage 5×7″ pieces) are also available there through the holidays. Don’t forget, $5 from every $20 sale of my 100 Day Project pieces goes to an LGBTQIA youth nonprofit here in North Alabama. If you are local and looking for holiday gifts, drop in and look at the group show, visit with Tracie, and make some holiday purchases.

The For Sale link at the top of the page will give you the thumbnails for pieces that are currently available. If you fall in love with one of those bigger pieces, email me and I will ship it to you!
Commissions
I have room for about three commissions between now and December 10. I’d love to create something specific for you and your space. Do you have size requirements? We can work that out!
