A friend of mine requested some note cards a very long time ago and I got really wrapped up in them looking a certain way and I wasn’t making that happen. So I decided to strike out on a different path and see what happened. This is one idea that I had and I have a couple more that I’m going to execute tomorrow.

Working on a shared journal with my friend Katie. I love the colors she chose and they are way outside my comfort zone. I’m loving it!!
I’ve been following SelfieAddict on Instagram for a while now and I am SO IN LOVE with her tiny portraits! She made the one on the left first because that was the picture I sent her. Then she decided it need to be a tighter shot, so she made the one on the right. I am so in love with them both but especially the one on the right. Her instinct to zoom in was spot on! I love all of the color she gave me because it’s just so very much who I am.
I’m still chortling with glee over these. Best of all, I ended up having an hour conversation with her over IG chat and she is just lovely. Total win for the day.
