Woke up this morning feeling really fragile and imposterish. So decided to take a break from the studio and just do some crochet. I’ve needed a new tire cover for a while so I decided to make a pattern I’ve used before with this gorgeous Noro yarn. It is gonna be so awesome!

Continued work on the tire cover today. Switched to black for the sides and back so it blends in and the pink really pops.

I’ve discovered that these giant coloring pages are a great way to get a group of crafty and non-crafty folks to come together for craft time. They are suitable for any skill level and age range. If you can hold a writing utensil you can join the fun. It’s an interesting way to build community and something I’d never thought about until this group coloring session. The best part is at the end, you have a wonderful memento of time spent together.
